Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds.

Damaged or wrong item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the product and parcel.
